Tantric/ Somatic Breathwork

Tantric Somatic Breathwork is an immersive and transformational practice designed to reconnect you with the deepest layers of your body, psyche, and soul. Rooted in ancient tantric principles and modern somatic therapy, this work invites you into direct contact with your bodymind intelligence — the inherent wisdom stored in your cells, tissues, and breath.

Through the integration of conscious breath, touch, sound, and movement, we open a safe, powerful space for releasing trauma, reclaiming pleasure, and restoring the natural flow of energy throughout your system.

What Is Tantric Somatic Breathwork?

This modality is a hybrid of conscious connected breathwork, somatic trauma release, tantric bodywork, and Reichian character structure de-armouring. Sessions unfold intuitively but with energetic precision, working on both the physiological level of the nervous system and the energetic/emotional bodies.

  • Conscious Connected Breath: A circular breathing rhythm that bypasses the analytical mind and awakens suppressed layers of emotional energy.

  • Somatic Intelligence: Tuning into and tracking the body’s subtle impulses, patterns, and protective mechanisms.

  • Reichian Body Types: Exploring the five core character structures as maps to stored tension, trauma, and identity formation — and working through their energetic armouring.

  • De-Armouring: Gentle yet powerful touch work that helps dissolve chronic muscular and emotional holding patterns.

  • Regression & Memory Release: Facilitating access to preverbal, childhood, or unconscious memories stored in the body to release and integrate what’s been suppressed.

  • Tantric Energetics: Awakening life force (kundalini) and learning to channel it not only as sexual energy, but as creative, healing and integrative power.

You do not need prior experience with breathwork or tantra to begin. What’s needed is a willingness to show up with honesty and curiosity.

🕰️Session Format & Booking

Each session is 60–90 minutes, held in a private, attuned, and safely held container. Depending on your nervous system’s capacity, we may work gently and slowly, or go deeper into more dynamic processes. No two sessions are ever the same — the work meets you exactly where you are.

Available in-person in Ubud or online (via Zoom — adapted somatic work only, no touch).
