This is an OFFLINE face to face 1-1 session. Revati will tune into your right and left sides and see what is presently available to be seen on the physical body and subtle body levels. She will give you feedback on the pingala and ida nadis to help you bring awareness to ancestral influences that you may or may not be aware of. Also she will use a pendulum to check how the chakra energy centres are, along with other significant spots of the body to ensure resources are connected. Most important she will provide daily exercises to rebalance your energy and further integrate or deepen the healing and trauma work that you may have already started.
